Who qualifies to make a referral?

Only current HYCU customers are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Who qualifies as a peer or company I can refer to HYCU?

Your referral should be a contact from a different company, specifically one that could benefit from HYCU and may be interested in our solutions. Referrals from your own company do not qualify.

How will I receive my gift card?

A successful referral is when the peer you refer completes a meeting with our HYCU team. Once the meeting is completed, you will receive the gift card.

Can I refer more than one person?

Absolutely! There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make. For each successful referral that leads to a meeting, you’ll receive a $100 digital Visa / Mastercard Gift Card.

What information do I need to provide for the referral?

To submit a referral, you’ll need to provide both your contact information and your peer’s information, including their full name, email, company, and role. Adding any relevant notes about their data protection needs is optional but helpful.

Will my peer be notified that I referred them?

Yes, our team will reach out to your peer and inform them that you referred them to HYCU, ensuring a professional and respectful approach.

Is there a limit to how many vouchers I can earn?

No, there is no cap. For each peer who completes a meeting with us, you’ll receive a separate $100 Gift Card.

What if my referral is already a HYCU customer?

Unfortunately, the referral program is designed to introduce HYCU to new customers, so current HYCU customers aren’t eligible as referrals.

What should I do if I have questions about my referral status?

Are there any restrictions on using my Gift Card?

For US-based customers, a digital Visa gift card will be provided via PerfectGift. For customers outside the US, a digital Mastercard will be issued through Getsby. Each card is subject to its respective terms and conditions, so please review the details on these websites.
