Is there a free trial available?
Yes, all HYCU offerings are available to try for free by signing up HERE. We also provide a free, personalized onboarding call to help get you up and running as quickly as possible.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any point in time. We offer flexible, pay-as-you-go options as well as subscription licenses.
How do I convert my free trial to paid license with support?
Once your free trial expires, or before, you have the option to convert your trial into a paid subscription. To convert your license:
· If you are working with a Partner who is an authorized HYCU reseller, please work directly with them to convert your license or
· Reach out to your HYCU Account Executive.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible contracting options, including pay-as-you-go pricing that do not require an annual commitment and can be cancelled at any time. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to your HYCU Account Manager or your authorized HYCU reseller.
Can we pay through our cloud marketplace?
Yes, billing and payment can be made through your public cloud billing account and count toward your cloud commit.
What happens if my license expires?
While the purchase of license fees is non-refundable, licenses do not expire. You can renew expired subscription contracts and support contracts with no additional reinstatement fees. Support starts from the purchase order/licensing start date.
