We all know it. Every organization depends on its SysAdmins. They work behind the scenes fixing issues and solving problems to keep our IT systems running, data protected, and teams productive. And, like in year’s past, we’re choosing to celebrate a few of the SysAdmins we know deserve appreciation.
In previous years, we’ve opened the floor to nominations and recognized a few top SysAdmins based on stories shared by their peers. This year, we took a different approach. We’re honoring a few of the many dedicated System Administrators across our own customer base. These are individuals who we know consistently go above and beyond to safeguard what matters most. With 6,600 customers in 78 countries worldwide, the list could have been extensive, but we randomly selected a few of the many. We’ll be sharing HYCU swag or a gift card, your choice, to help you celebrate.
Of the countless SysAdmins we know, these are a just a fraction of the many that our customer success, support, and engineering teams get to work with and we are showering appreciation today:
Armen Hagopian and Willie Pico (Pascack Valley Regional High School District), Paul Schoenherr and Joshua Skrovan (Duke Health System), Arshad Iqbal Khateeb Syed (Altria), Prasanth Chandrasekar (Crum & Forster), Andre Lapierre and Bryan Faneuf (AAA Northeast), Keith Motter (Callaway golf), Akshay Varma (NYC Law Dept.), and Kevin Woshinsky (MLB).
Congratulations! These are just a few of the many talented SysAdmins we’re proud to work with and that we appreciate. Their roles are essential, not only in keeping IT environments protected, but in driving innovation, and maintaining business continuity and resilience.
To every SysAdmin reading this: Thank You. In particular, Thank You for the long hours, the weekend emergencies, the silent wins, and the countless things you do that no one sees, but everyone depends on.
From all of us at HYCU, Happy SysAdmin Day. We see you. We appreciate you. And we’re proud to work with you.
