Our SPIFF Program is designed to drive additional revenue both for your team and HYCU!

Program Details:

  • ‍Duration: October 1 - January 31, 2026
  • Who’s Eligible: Sales Account Owner & SA (Presales)

Incentives:

  • Accepted Deal Registration: $250 gift card*‍
  • Closed Deal Bonus: $1,000 additional payout upon deal closure*

*stated $ amount to be paid out in local currency at the middle exchange rate of the local national bank on the day of payment

Requirements:

  • New customers and deals only
  • Minimum ACV of $7,500
  • Limit to 3 qualified deals per rep

Payment:

  • Deal Reg SPIFF will be paid out within 30 days from acceptance
  • Closed Won SPIFF will be paid out within 30 days of close of deal

Terms and Conditions:

Deal must be registered between October 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026, and HYCU must receive an order or purchase order by February 28, 2026, to qualify (“Qualified Deal”) for this Special Performance Incentive Fund (“SPIFF”).

SPIFF is subject to approval by HYCU. Limit of one Qualified Deal per customer. Sales Owner and SA may receive SPIFF compensation on no more than three (3) Qualified Deals during the program period. The customer must be a new customer to HYCU. Payment will be made to your employer within thirty (30) days of HYCU’s receipt of final payment from the customer. HYCU reserves the right to cancel or modify this program. In the event that HYCU discovers that this SPIFF was obtained as the result of misrepresentations, fraudulent activity or breach of these terms then HYCU is entitled to (a) cancel or suspend any pending Gift Card or payout or(b) to be refunded for any SPIFF already paid or Gift Card provided.

By registering the eligible deal as per this program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and you hereby confirm that you are not prohibited, under your employee contract or any other contractual arrangement to promote and receive compensation for promotion and sales of HYCU products under the HYCU incentive program. HYCU is not responsible for any tax implications as a result of this SPIFF. All payments will be made to you by your employer and HYCU is not liable for any non-payment by such employer.

If during the period of promotion, you become aware that you are prohibited from participating or receiving this SPIFF, you will inform HYCU without delay and the Qualified Deal will be ineligible for this SPIFF.
