Terms and conditions

Referral program payout will be paid to Alliance Sales will be 5% of the total contract value up to $10,000 and 3% to Channel team up to $5,000. Payment will be calculated based on customer’s first invoice.SPIFF is subject to approval by HYCU Sales Management. All eligible deals must be referred prior to the deal closing.

SPIFF may be split by no more than two individuals. Limit of one transaction per customer. The customer must be a new customer to HYCU. Please allow up to 60 days for processing after transaction has been invoiced by HYCU. Large deals, deals with a delayed start date and/or extended payment terms will be reviewed by HYCU Finance to determine when payment will be processed.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you hereby confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are not prohibited, under your employee contract or any other contractual arrangement to promote and receive compensation for promotion and sales of HYCU products under the HYCU incentive program. Payment may be subject taxes, participants in the United States required to fill out a W-9.

If during the period of promotion, circumstances change and you become aware that you are prohibited from participating or receiving a promotion, you will inform HYCU, Inc. without delay as to the nature of specific changes in order to stop said promotion.
