Nos complace apoyar a nuestros socios para que lleguen a las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PYMES) con hasta 200 empleados. Utilice este formulario para solicitar ayuda financiera, de hasta 2.000 $ (USD), para actividades elegibles de marketing y promoción centradas en el segmento de las PYME. Una vez enviada su solicitud, nuestro equipo la revisará y se pondrá en contacto con usted para comunicarle su decisión.
Inversión conjunta y objetivos
Como parte de nuestro esfuerzo conjunto, pretendemos crear juntos resultados medibles. Con esta inversión centrada en las PYMES, esperamos generar una media de:
- 40 clientes potenciales, idealmente de empresas con 0-200 empleados
- 4 registros de acuerdos

HYCU MDF Program Terms
Representation and Warranties
By submitting the MDF request, you accept to be obliged by the following Terms on behalf of your employer using an email address from your employer and you represent and warrant that (a) you have read and understand these Terms; (b) you have full legal authority to bind yourself and your employer to these Terms and (c) you have waived any right to claim ambiguity in the MDF Program or these Terms, except where prohibited by law. By submitting the MDF request, you agree to release and hold harmless HYCU and its directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents, and respective advertising and MDF Program entities and any person or entity associated with the administration of the MDF Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and damage to property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the MDF Program. None of the Released Parties are responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete or indecipherable entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or entries; (b) technical failures of any kinds; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the MDF Program; (d) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the submission process or the MDF Program; or (e) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the MDF Program or the processing of entries.
MDF Request Submission Notes
MDF requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the activity commences. Requests are reviewed and approved on a first come first serve basis. Requests will be assessed by the value the (“Activity”) brings to HYCU and cost of the Activity. You will be notified within 10 business days of request submission with an approval, conditional approval, or denial confirmation. Please fill out one MDF request form for each separate Activity. An Activity is defined as one event, advertisement, campaign etc., that may have several resource allocations associated with the Activity.
No matter of the outcome of the Activity, you are obliged to share a privacy regulations compliant list of leads with HYCU. MDF will be compensated via credit to the Partner’s account within 30 days of request approval. Credit can be used to cover any open balances/invoices or future purchases. All claim documentation must be submitted within 30 days of completion of the Activity. Required proof of purchase must be submitted with your claim. Receipts must be submitted with your claim. The refund is based on total amount of receipts and approved funding amount.
Ineligible Activities
HYCU does not reimburse for alcohol, travel expenses, hotel guest room fees, corporate hospitality suites, telephone charges, value-added taxes, or other taxes for which Partners may be reimbursed by local tax authorities, or web hosting fees.
Fraudulent Activities
HYCU is entitled to (a) cancel or suspend any payment in regards to MDF request and (b) to be refunded for any executed payment that was the result of your fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or misrepresentation or false data provision from your side.
Confidential information
In connection with the MDF Program, you may receive proprietary HYCU information. You shall hold confidential and shall not use or permit others to use any proprietary information identified as such in writing or orally by HYCU or information which you know or have reason to know is confidential, proprietary or trade secret information of HYCU.
Processing of personal data
By submitting the MDF request you accept that HYCU will process personal data required to fill out the MDF request you provided to HYCU for the purpose of administration of MDF program. All personal data shall be processed compliant to data protection regulations and HYCU Privacy Policy.
