is looking for an experienced Senior Global Campaigns Manager, with proven background in B2B field marketing and digital campaign execution to join our Demand and Field Marketing team. In this role, you will architect and lead a global campaigns engine targeted at HYCU’s key regions to create growing awareness and engagement that translates into predictable sales pipeline. Note: Location is flexible – Boston, Austin or Chicago are preferred, but remote candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage and execute the global demand generation campaigns, delivering impactful results
  • Build out persona and lifecycle-based automated marketing + sales email programs, designed to facilitate prospects through the HYCU’s buyer journey
  • Collaborate with product marketing, global sales, and third-party vendors and agencies
  • Work closely with the operations team to oversee the effectives of lead process and follow-up
  • Create and own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities on pipeline, revenue, and the demand funnel
  • Manage the global campaigns budget, tracking and analyzing campaign results to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Manage the global campaigns team, consisting of regional field marketers and specialists

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing B2B marketing campaigns, preferred experience with field marketing and/or channel marketing
  • Experience in managing end-to-end integrated global campaigns, including ABM programs and events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft ad, email and landing page copy that aligns with brand voice and guidelines
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and MAP (Marketo) is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and foster cross-departmental collaboration
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven
  • Self-started, able to work and manage projects autonomously
  • Ability to travel, when travel is an option again
  • BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
