We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of Account Executives. You should have a proven track record of success in generating pipeline, achieving sales targets, and experience in motivating teams through leadership, coaching, and building a winning culture. You will align with channel, marketing and business development teams to drive new logo pipeline for the team. Must be consistently monitoring, tracking results, and driving team execution to meet sales goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for new logo acquisition;
  • Drive efficiency across team processes, activities, pipeline and closed won business;
  • Provide coaching and guidance team via regular 1x1s and in real-time;
  • Must be hands on, be involved in strategic deals and drive to close;
  • Build strong relationships with counterparts at strategic partners;
  • Motivates the team with inspirational speeches and incentives;
  • Owns and is accountable for team’s sales and pipeline forecasts;
  • Hire, nurture and performance manage a team of top talent;
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading a team of quota carrying sales reps;
  • You have led a team in a high growth fast paced environment, SaaS Sales experience is a must;
  • Experience managing a team of inside sellers carrying their own discrete quota;
  • Experience selling in data center space and/or disaster recovery highly preferred;
  • Experience with large technology systems integrator or reseller i.e. CDW, Dell, HP, SHI, is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge of SFDC. Collaborates with sales operations to build and manage reports and dashboards to track sales performance;
  • Fluent in English required. Third languages of French, German, or Spanish is a plus;
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Polished written and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort engaging with senior leadership;
  • Deep knowledge of sales best practices, and passion for training and coaching;
  • Student of sales, experience coaching to sales methodology i.e. SPIN, Challenger, Solution, Sandler etc…
  • Experience in selling in public cloud space i.e. GCP, Azure, AWS is a plus;
